AMENDMENT POSTER/PRESENTATION
The purpose of this assignment is as follows:
- To work cooperatively with a partner on researching one of the
twenty seven amendments to the Constitution.
- To help you learn how to do research with a partner
- To give you practice in getting information from several sources.
- To provide you with the experience of presenting your research to the class, using a visual aid (the poster). You may also use Power
Point as a presentation tool. You will submit a written report and a
visual aid for your final project grade.
- To help you develop the ability to get information from books, libraries,
and other sources, and put that information in your own words.
- To help you learn to organize facts and information logically into a final presentation.
- To help you learn to include photos, graphics and other material to increase the level of
interest in your presentation

- A brief historical definition and explanation of the amendments to the Constitution at http://www.archives.gov/national-archives-experience/charters/bill_of_rights.html
- State the Amendment you have selected and it's historical importance.
- A Poster 18" X 24" or larger as a visual aid.
- Pictures, graphics, illustrations, clippings, etc.
