TERM PAPER


The purpose of this assignment is as follows:
  1. To help you learn how to do research by yourself.
  2. To give you practice in getting information from several sources.
  3. To provide you with the experience of taking notes.
  4. To help you develop the ability to get information from books, libraries, and other sources, and put that information in your own words.
  5. To help you learn to organize facts and information logically into a final report.
  6. To help you learn to include photos, graphics and other material to increase the level of interest in your report.


When will it be due?

Your report must be completed on a computer or typed. It is due on ____________ ___________________ or before. If you cannot type your report please see me.

Length of report

Your paper must be at least _________pages long.
Double space please and use #12 font.

  1. First page is the title page with date, your name and teacher name. (Yager)
  2. Table of Contents
  3. The paper itself, including your own introduction and conclusion.
  4. Bibliography
  5. Pictures, graphics, illustrations, clippings, etc.
